CUSTOM ORDER PROCESS
1. Please contact us first before you place a custom order (WhatsApp is faster than e-mail).
We have queue for custom orders that isn't updated on website. Let us know first your due date, and after you have confirmed with us that it is safe to put an order, then we'll proceed.
2. Please ADD "CUSTOM DESIGN FEE" to cart when you place a custom order, otherwise your order will not be proceed.
3. After we have received your payment, we will submit your order with all the details (your email, theme, name, age and any other details you have filled in the column) to the design team.
4. It takes around 2 working days for you to receive the design draft by email
5. If you have approved for the design by email then we will proceed with printing and finishing the products.
6. If you still have some minor revisions, we can still change it for you as long as the theme doesn’t change.
Custom design fee that’s charged is only for 1 type of design, NO ALTERNATIVE DESIGNS.
7. SHOULD THERE'D BE ANY CANCELLATION AFTER DESIGN APPROVAL (with any reasons):
-if you want to use the design for next event, it is alright as long as it is the same design that's been approved (only change the name & age).
-if you want to use the payment for next event but change the design theme, we'll refund the payment with deduction of IDR 300,000 for cancellation fee (for the design that has been made)
PROCESSING TIME
It usually takes 5-7 working days (after approval) for custom products . However, customized paper bags & gable box may take longer than other printable.
